Até à reserva de recrutamento 14 foram efetuadas 25.274 colocações de docentes contratados (sem contabilizar as colocações por contratação de escola).
Tal como o Davide Martins já aqui tinha contabilizado,
- 23970 professores fizeram 1 contrato;
- 611 fizeram 2;
- 45 estão no seu 3º contrato.
Apesar de nos últimos 8 anos terem entrado no quadro 10.996 docentes e de se terem aposentado 14.891 docentes é cada vez mais notório a necessidade de mais professores entrarem nos quadros do sistema de ensino público para colmatar as necessidades das escolas.
Apesar da excecionalidade do ano 2020, o número de colocações é bastante superior, até à Reserva de Recrutamento 14, do que nos anos anteriores. E ainda faltam aqui contabilizar os horários que ficaram desertos por não haver docentes para os horários pedidos.
Deve existir uma afetação de mais recursos a um quadro permanente em função das necessidades de cada uma das zonas do país e dos diversos grupos de recrutamento. Este estudo não é difícil de fazer e compete ao Ministério da Educação abrir as vagas necessárias que sistematicamente são necessárias ao longo de cada ano para impedir que sistematicamente sejam pedidos tantos horários ao longo do ano.
Se o sistema de ensino público tem perto de 100 mil docentes o que se verifica é que um quarto dos docentes ainda são docentes contratados, e em situação precária.
