Boa noite
Gostaria de colocar a seguinte questão.
Trabalhei 25 anos no ensino particular e cooperativo. Entretanto, há 5 anos , deixei e integrei o ensino público. No ano letivo 2019/20 passei a QZP e fui encaminhada para realizar o ano probatório. Fui a uma reunião mas quando ia realizar a primeira aula assistida teve início o ensino à distância e não foi possível realizar as mesmas. Este ano letivo, 2020/21 deveria ter realizado as mesmas aulas mas por motivo de saúde tive de recorrer a baixa médica por doença. Eventualmente irei regressar ao trabalho este período. A minha pergunta é: se por razões de doença, ou seja, se eu tiver de continuar de baixa médica por doença, no próximo ano letivo, faz sentido ter de continuar a ser necessário realizar o ano probatório com aulas observadas, visto ter já os 5 anos de tempo de serviço no ensino público ?
