As contínuas/funcionárias/auxiliares/assistentes operacionais (o regime é pródigo em títulos) servem hoje basicamente de saco de pancadas para alunos mal-educados e frustrados por terem de estar na escola. E, lamento dizê-lo, para algumas colegas de nariz empinado, que não as vêem sequer como seres humanos e podem vê-las a ser agredidas, que ignoram, dizem que nada viram ou culpam-nas (por “darem muita confiança”).
É verdade que muitas funcionárias vão parar a essa profissão via fundo de desemprego, e não têm qualificações para lidar com qualquer tipo de público, mas a maioria é gente dedicada, que sofre muito e ganha uma miséria.
