Aprovou um Decreto-Lei que cria um regime simplificado de posicionamento para alunos estrangeiros ou que frequentem escolas internacionais que entrem no sistema educativo português em qualquer ano de escolaridade até ao 9.º ano do ensino básico, abrangidos pela escolaridade obrigatória, conferindo aos estabelecimentos de ensino a competência para a respetiva autorização sem implicar o recurso ao procedimento de equivalência formal. Esta alteração permite uma mais rápida integração e adaptação dos alunos estrangeiros no ensino básico do sistema educativo português, garantindo uma resposta mais célere e adequada às exigências atuais;
6. Aprovou um Decreto-Lei que procede à alteração do regime jurídico do ensino individual e do ensino doméstico, eliminando a imposição de realização de provas de equivalência à frequência, de provas finais do ensino básico e de exames finais nacionais aos alunos abrangidos por medidas adicionais de suporte à aprendizagem e à inclusão, com adaptações curriculares significativas. Elimina-se, assim, a situação de desvantagem destes alunos face aos alunos com adaptações curriculares significativas a frequentar os ensinos básico e secundário num estabelecimento de ensino, uma vez que para estes as provas de avaliação externa não são requeridas para os efeitos de aprovação e de conclusão de ciclo ou de nível de ensino;
