Novamente a Nova lei de MPD, tem erro que prejudica os docentes com doenças incapacitantes.
Ao concorrer não é possível, por a Escola onde estava a lecionar, que fica 10 minutos
da área da Habitação Permanente, onde se encontra perto meu Centro de Saúde para tratamentos médicos e enfermagem.
Assim a lei está a contrariar , e não está
em defesa docentes com doenças incapacitantes.
– A lei diz :
– Que vai ajudar os docentes com MPD , a ficar mais perto das Habitações .
Permanente.
– Mas a lei e ME e PR, e Ministros que assinaram o decreto lei !
– Se esqueceram, com esta nova lei , vai provocar, que os docentes em MPD no ano lectivo 2021/22 , que concorreram da Escola de Origem, para uma Escola mais próxima das suas Habitações Permanente e Centro de Saúde, e com várias doenças incapacitantes ex :
– Oncológicos, Invisuais, Deficiência, Perdas Mobilidade por acidentes em serviço, várias doenças incapacitantes etc
– Com a Nova lei , vai obrigar que os MPD, nas situações que mencionei, os vai deslocar das suas Habitações Permanente e do Centro de saúde, para seus tratamentos médicos e de enfermagem, para uma Escola mais distante, e com as suas doenças incapacitantes, pode prejudicar seus estados de vida .
É necessário levar aos sindicatos, estas situações, que nova lei não é digna e injusta, para os docentes com doenças incapacitantes.
Seria ideal , os docentes MPD que já estariam a lecionar no ano lectivo 2021/22, nas suas Escolas na área da sua Habitações Permanente e do Centro de Saúde, deveriam manter-se automaticamente, pela lei Mobilidade Por Doença, na mesma Escola .
