Tal como prometido e depois de muitos pedidos acrescentamos no Simulador RTS nesta nova versão a data de mudança de escalão em função da recuperação do tempo de serviço.
Na última linha aparece agora a data de mudança de escalão cumprindo a seguinte regra:
- Tem de decorrer pelo menos 365 dias desde a última mudança de escalão.
No exemplo seguinte, a mudança ao 8.º escalão foi atrasada uns meses devido a essa condição, por isso passam a sobrar 750 dias para o escalão seguinte quando será entregue a última tranche de 598 dias.
Esta versão do simulador ainda não contempla a mudança de escalão ao 5.º e ao 7.º para quem obtém BOM. No acordo é referido que o docente muda ao 5.º e/ou 7.º escalão no dia 1 do mês seguinte. Teríamos de criar variáveis bastante complexas para considerar essa mudança neste simulador. Mas quem se encontrar nesta situação fica a saber que poderá perder até 31 dias de serviço devido a essa condição. Mas seria muito pior alguém ter o direito de mudança em janeiro e ter de esperar pelo dia 1 de janeiro do ano seguinte.

O tempo de serviço efetivo de 1 de Setembro de 2024 até à data da segunda tranche não é contabilizado? Eu, por exemplo, mudo a 1 de Setembro para o 7 e quando mudo para o 8? Utilizo 62 dias dos 599, em Setembro. Fico com 537+598 de 2025+o tempo que fizer até lá, certo?
A mim tb me acontece isso.
Não me está a patir da segunda tranche a contar com o tempo de serviço entretanto prestado.

Para quem não tem o tempo todo entre 2011 e 2017 parece-me que o simulador acaba por não contabilizar bem os dias. Vou dar-te o meu exemplo:
Nesse período (2557 dias) apenas trabalhei 2111. Ao colocar esses 2111 dias o simulador diz que vou para o 5 escalão a 1/09/24 com 291 dias remanescentes. No entanto, se colocar que tenho os dias todos (2557) nesse período diz que subo nessa data para esse escalão mas com apenas 184 dias remanescentes. Ou seja, ao ter mais dias trabalhados, fico com menos no remanescente. Algo parece estar mal.
Parece-me que nestes casos, ao calcular, em vez de ir buscar o valor dos dias proporcionalmente (x de 1539) assume o valor que se coloca na lina de cima (x de 2557).
Não é só nesse caso que dá erro.
Também conta mal para quem tem todo o tempo de serviço nos dois períodos.
