Hoje, no parlamento, vai ser votada a iniciativa do PCP para alteração do regime de concursos…
A presente iniciativa foi apresentada pelo Grupo Parlamentar do Partido Comunista Português (PCP), visando proceder «à sétima alteração ao Decreto-Lei n.º 132/2012, de 27 de junho, que estabelece o regime de recrutamento e mobilidade do pessoal docente dos ensinos básico e secundário».

Se estivessem preocupados com o que é verdadeiramente importante: abrir vagas de QE para cada lugar numa escola que esteja pelo menos três anos a ser preenchida por mobilidade ou contratação; diminuir o número de alunos por turma; descongelar a carreira e recuperar os anos anteriores.
Agora esta proposta, é apenas areia para os olhos e complicar mais as colocações! Se os QEs concorrem na MI como eles pretendem, vai existir montes de gente a sair dos seus lugares, teremos QZPs a ocupar os seus lugares de afectação e colocações por fazer até dezembro… Lol! Mas eu sei que esta classe tem a tendência para olhar apenas para os umbigos de alguns pseudo iluminados e é incapaz de entender estás análises!
Pois…mais um que queria ficar sempre no seu quintal… e ainda fala no umbigo dos outros… Não se preocupe, claro que vai haver “ontes” de gente a sair dos seus lugares… mas em setembro está tudo colocado. O que poderá não haver é uma escola no quintal de cada um… Use-se a graduação e ponto.
Esqueceram-se dos contratados, com 10, 15 e 20 anos de serviço, que estiveram a exercer funções no IEFP nos últimos anos e que tão cedo não poderão vincular. Ninguém fala destes professores é uma vergonha…

Existiram 2 concursos em 2013 e 2016 que eram para contratados e pessoal do quadro. No mês passado, penso eu, houve outro, que era apenas para pessoal do quadro.
